You live in a holiday home that will give you a cozy impression with underfloor heating, parquet floors, wooden doors and ceilings.
A tiled stove also ensures cozy warmth.
Your living room with dining area is open. The kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob and oven, as well as a fridge and freezer. A microwave is also available. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, the toilet is separate.
Two bedrooms offer sleeping facilities for 4-5 people.
There is a sofa bed in the living room.
You can enjoy your vacation days on a large and sunny balcony with unobstructed and beautiful views.
You can start the Schigemwanderweg directly from the holiday home.
The charming high alpine paths are also recommended.
Interesting and attractive mountain bike tours (Lochentrail Weilstettten)
Suitable for beginners as well as for experienced skiers can be started directly from the holiday home by bike.

Wir verbrachten unsere Weihnachtstage hier. Es war passend dekoriert und die Fussbodenheizung brachte die nötige Wärme. Leider sind die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer Doppelbett recht hart.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Was die Ausstattung anbelangt, so findet man wirklich alles vor, was benötigt wird. Besonders hilfreich fanden wir auch die vielen Prospekte mit Anregungen für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Hier sind die Wandervorschläge der unmittelbaren Umgebung besonders hervorzuheben, weil man die in den üblichen Wanderführern so nicht findet.
Die Aufteilung der Wohnung fanden wir auch sehr gut, so dass wir in Hausen am Tann einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub verbringen konnten.

Prima woning, genoeg ruimte. Voor 6 personen zal het balkon wat klein zijn. Maar met minder kan prima. Goed startpunt om eropuit te gaan. Verhuurder is snel in reageren op mail.

We spent four nights in the house as part of our longer European holiday. We were warmly welcomed by the owners, who made sure that we received all the necessary information about the house and the area. A very nice surprise was also the welcome gift, with regional wine and yummy fruits. We loved the house as it provided us with all the amenities as well as the space for our family (we like to have a fair amount of space!) and, very importantly, games that kept our girls entertained when we were inside. The local bakery with fresh products, its welcoming owners as well as the warm local people, who made every effort to communicate to us either by signs or language (we do not speak German!), were all heartwarming for us and made the experience highly enjoyable.Last but not least, the beautiful surroundings with plenty of experiences on offer, made it a perfect stay for all the family - we fell in love with the place, the people and the area.Thank you!
