L'emplacement en plein centre, la place de parking attitrée au logement, la cuisine neuve et bien équipée, la grandeur de l'appartement, la salle de bain spacieuse et neuve, le grand lit, le rapport qualité-prix de la location
le canapé commence à avoir bien vécu (pas très confortable) et même si le linge n'est pas fourni il serait appréciable d'avoir au minimum un torchon pour la cuisine

It was very comfortable and spacious.
The apartment was on the second floor and the entry hall was dismal. Didn’t like the pillows. They were very flat and really needed two. Considering that the French eat a lot of bread, there was no bread knife. When we arrived, there were no toilet rolls and we had to go out and find a shop to buy some!

There is no lift to the apartment but the stairs even for a fairly fit person they are a killer. First morning I plugged in the toaster it took out all the power in the apartment. Rang the agent and he said he would be over in an hour he didn't show up so I went looking for the box myself and got the power back on. Rang him and told I got it fixed but he would need to bring a replacement toaster. Like him it never showed up. The day before we were due to leave he sent me a text complaining I didn't leave the keys in the box but then he realised we were not leaving until the next day. Not very professional.
