Saint Marc sur Mer, in a garden, charming T3 apartment of 85 m2 on the first floor, very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 5 people, built in 2009.

two bedrooms;

bathroom with bath and closet, WC;
garden outside.
Sleeping: Double bed and wardrobe in each bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, a cot, blankets and covers
Equipment: TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, gas hob 4 burner stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, iron and board, vacuum cleaner, WIFI access.
Position: near trade, ocean and several sandy beaches, easy access to Pornichet, La Baule and Saint Nazaire.

Schöne, geräumige, helle Ferienwohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Wohnküche, 2 Schlafzimmern und Vollbad. Gasherd, Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi, Filterkaffeemaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Der Garten der Vermieter kann auch genutzt werden, ein Gartentisch und Sonnenschirm stehen zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Etwas störend ist der Verkehr, das Haus liegt an der Hauptstraße - bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es aber ruhig.

Perfect spot for us - appt big enough and comfortable enough for 5 on the one rainy day and well placed for day trips to local towns and seaside. Hosts really nice. Recommended
