Appartement agréable dans l'ensemble, surtout son emplacement proche de la plage, - de 5 mn à pied et la place de parking attitrée, un gros plus car tous les stationnements dans les rues sont payantes.
Il y a des cafards, manque un ventilateur. La terrasse est agréable, mais les voisins sont bruyants. Bon accueil du propriétaire. Je conseille à 70 %

Freundlicher Vermieter, der es uns sehr kurzfristig ermöglicht hat, bereits früher anzureisen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mietshauses, mit Blick auf eine Mauer, dahinter eine Kirche und andere Häuser. Auf der Terrasse und in der Wohnung hat man Abendsonne. Relativ kurzer Weg zu einem sehr schönen Strand. Einige Wände sind in freundlichen Farben gestrichen, jedoch wirkte die Wohnung und das Mobiliar insgesamt schon etwas abgewohnt. Es gibt eine Pflanze, diese ist aus Plastik. Die Wohnung war nicht sehr sauber, v.a. den gesamten Boden und die Badewanne mussten wir zu Beginn gründlich reinigen.
