Easy access with clear instructions upon arrival.
Lovely, clean, and warm room.
Everything I needed, plus extra facilities (TV, ironing board, mini soap and shampoo, etc.).
There was muesli available, however I didn’t stay for breakfast.
Secure off-street parking.
Lovely private deck area.
Only a short stay, would’ve loved to enjoy the space more. Nothing to fault, everything was as expected/described as per the listing.

The cottage is in a lovely rural setting, surrounded by fields, horses and birdsong. Yet, it is close to Auckland and the black sand beaches on the west coast as well as other amenities. The cottage is beautifully decorated and cosy, very homey and comfortable. There is a lovely deck and garden area for sitting. A bonus is the farm market a short walk down the lane where lots of great food items can be purchased for a simple dinner or snack.
A shelf to place some our things would have been nice

Been to a couple of B&B lately and they don't provide breakfast. Great to see that this facilities provided that. Love how private the place is as well and how clean and tidy it is! There is also a deck to hangout outside of the of house.
