* 4 Beds including upstairs 2 King, 2 Full (bunk bed), downstairs 3 twin (bunk + trundle), and optional pullout sleeper sofa (extra guest fee applies)

* On-site Frank Loyd Wright architecturally inspired 5 star dining experience, Restaurant fifty44 (seasonal hours apply and reservations required)
* Numerous hiking and biking trails
* Snow tubing, snow shoeing, and fat tire bike rentals available for rent with resort upgrade
* Optional resort upgrade includes Olympic size, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, locker room and towels, steam showers, indoor rock climbing wall, half basketball court, fitness center, yoga loft, movie theater, bar and bistro, teen game room, and little kids playroom.
* Nakoma Resort upgrade is optional. Access includes Altitude recreation center and ability to dine at Middlefork bar and bistro. Resort fee is $20/person per day and passes must be for consecutive days, and be booked a minimum of one week in advance. All guests must sign a resort e-waiver.
* We are located in a beautiful, forested, high fire danger area, so no smoking of any kind or outdoor fires are permitted.

Dream Maker Mountain Retreat is located within Gold Mountain and governed by the community HOA. A list of community guidelines and house rules is included in the guest welcome book at the home. Please message your host if you would like to see this list or the house rules and checkout instructions in advance.
Free parking is available in the driveway and garage. No street parking is allowed in the community. We have a Tesla battery charger available for guest use at no extra charge.
Altitude recreation center at Nakoma Resort is a spectacular $7 million dollar, 12,000 sq. ft. facility with fun activities and delicious food & drinks for the whole family. Optional resort upgrade is highly recommended!
Absolutely no smoking of any kind or parties/events will be permitted per the community HOA rules.
We are a dark sky community which means epic stargazing is possible, so the HOA asks that all exterior lights be turned off by 10pm.
The home has 3 king beds, and 1 twin bunk bed with trundle, which sleeps a total of 9 guests. Up to two additional guests may be added (max 11) with permission from host with an extra nightly fee of $50 per person. Pets are not permitted.

Stayed 3 nights for a 8 guy golf vacation. House was perfect, large dining room table for meals and poker, game room saw plenty of work. Lots of room to stretch out. Check in and out was seamless and Brooke promptly responded to any questions. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay if you’re up there to play Nakoma, Grizzly Whithawk, etc. or just looking for a cool house to relax and explore the area.

The house was perfect for a few golf buddies looking to play the championship courses around Graeagle. The house is beautiful and communication with the host was stellar. A definite recommendation for anyone looking for a five star home in the mountains.

What a great home in a beautiful secluded area. In years past we’ve stayed at the Nakoma resort so we know the area and all of its surrounding beauty. This house made our long weekend get away that much more special. We had a blast with the game room, movie room and all of the toys for the kiddos. 10/10 spacious clean and wonderful host!
