About this house rental
This property consists of two charming Patmos-style houses forming an interior courtyard with surrounding gardens that offers a lovely view over the bay of Patmos and Chora. This large property is within a five minute walking distance to the sea and is located amongst a calm residential area not far from local shops and restaurants.
The blue house has a pretty terrace with a panoramic view of the sea. It has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.
The green house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 equipped independent kitchen, along with a mini-bar and a balcony with sea landscape views.
Depending on your desires you can choose between several outdoor living spaces including:
A spacious barbecue area with a pizza oven and dining area that overlooks a garden with trees and flowers. This would be the perfect spot to relax in a hammock in the afternoon.
A spacious terrace with two living spaces. The first where you can meet for a drink or take a nap in the shade. The second having a large table for sharing dinners with friends.
Lastly, an upstairs terrace that is ideal for having your breakfasts, or perhaps to play your favourite board games in front of a beautiful panoramic view.
In the central courtyard you can sunbathe on two padded deckchairs or stay to observe the stars at night.

Amazing property!These beautiful houses exceeded our expectations. Each one is thoughtfully designed with multiple excellent rooms and decorated in an authentic Patmian style, with great attention to detail. The location is ideal—less than a 15-minute walk to downtown Skala.We especially loved the views from the verandas and the variety of outdoor seating areas, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or dinner under the stars.The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us early check-in and late checkout, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We absolutely loved Patmos, and this property made our visit truly special. Highly recommend!

Very nice property with an amazing view on the bay of Patmos, we really enjoyed the armony and peacefull of the house, the details in the architecture and the wonderful and well maintened plants in the garden!. Hosts always available, they took care of our staying, finally really thanks to their local contacts Nikos and Despina!
