Great location friendly staff the room was nice except my aircon barely worked.
Air con barely cooled the room. In saying that I never asked for it to be fixed or a room change.

The hotel itself is a beautiful building. And the central location is good because its in an I credibly busy area in the centre of ubud, but it's tucked away in a quiet Laneway
Pretty disappointed with the room. To summarise, it's clear that this place used to be a really comfortable and inspiring experience. But it's fallen into disrepair. Just no maintenance or improvements for what seems like years. Pretty much everything in the bathroom was broken, the little kitchen was dirty and impractical. It leaked. Wi-Fi was patchy at best. Awful lighting. Lots of potential but in mid 2025, would not recommend for the price
