Duara Ubud Wooden Suite

It was exactly what’s shown in the pictures. The staff was so so helpful always and the manager always replied so quickly! We felt so taken care of here. The rooms were very clean, the property is very well kept, big rooms and big bathrooms, you definitely start feeling comfortable quick. I’d also like to mention that the property is SO QUIET! Especially being pretty close to the main road. The only think you can hear are the crickets/cicadas at night and the birds in the morning. I’d stay here again if I came back to Ubud!

This isn’t bad, but the property is pretty tucked away in the rice paddies, so prepare to walk ~8 mins or take a Gojek as cars can’t enter after a certain point. What’s great is that the staff can always pick you up and drop you off by the main road which is very convenient, but if you choose to walk, the walk itself is very beautiful, though I can see this as a downside if you’re not a fan of walking.

Loved that it is tucked away from the main roads of Ubud. If you are looking for something off the beaten path just bit, this is a great property.

The staff was kind and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their support with our booking modification and luggage assistance, and their kindness toward us. However, our overall experience was more mixed. Access to the property was quite difficult, which became challenging especially when feeling tired or unwell. The mattress was very firm for our personal preference, and the breakfast did not meet our expectations. The place itself has charm and the team genuinely tries to help guests, but for us the comfort and overall experience did not fully match what we were hoping for.
