Very swift response and clear instructions despite a last minute booking
There were a garbage outside but understandable as we were booking the place instantaneously. Nevertheless, the house was clean

От дома до метро 10 минут пешком. Хозяина не видели ,все инструкции заезда подробно дал через WhatsАpр. В доме тепло, спальни на втором этаже, низкие потолки. Ночью было жарко спать, мы открывали окна.
Всё было хорошо, спасибо.
Шампунь и гель для душа покупали сами. Хоть нас и жило 7человек за два дня флакон не использовали(в самолёт нельзя), оставили для следующих жителей. Рядом в 4мин маленький магазин не принимает карты к оплате. Берите наличку.

Petite cour privée pour petite citadine (SUV impossible de rentrer avec)
Hôte sympathique (contact par téléphone pour remise des clés).
Pour 1 nuit à 4 ça va (couple et 2 grands enfants)
Linge de lit et de bain fournis
Déconseillé avec petits enfants ou personnes âgées, pas adapté.
Le plan de travail de la cuisine était partout collant, le frigo pas très propre (pas utilisé).
Il y 2 chambres avec 2 lits 2 personnes/ chambre par contre compliqué d y dormir sur les 2ème lits car vraiment sous pente (on se cogne la tête déjà sur le 1er lit) donc dur.
Manque 1 table de nuit ou petit meuble pour poser un téléphone ou bouteille d eau.
A l occasion un peu de graisse sur les charnières des 2 portes des chambres (quand qq un se lève la nuit on se réveille tous)
Pas utilisé la cuisine et le salon donc pas évalué le matériel.
