Da localização, do edifício e das comodidades
Estive três dias no hotel, no primeiro dia tinha cha e café disponível, no segundo e terceiro dia ja não houve esse miminho. No meu quarto éramos 2 mas no segundo dia não deixaram toalhas suficientes para nós os dois, e no terceiro dia só deixaram toalhas para um de nós.

Très bel établissement, lit confortable, bon accueil
La personne du soir ne gerait pas du tout les commandes au bar, beaucoup de monde patientait. Nous avons attendu 30 minutes pour boire de l'eau et au final au vu de l'attente nous monter dans notre chambre et bu au robinet. La personne ne savait tirer une bière pour le client et c'est le client qui a dû le faire lui-même. Il était tout le temps sur l'ordinateur et ne gerait pas les clients.
