Great location. It’s quiet and cozy, just across the old town of Kotor. The view is great. From the balcony, you can see the old town of Kotor. It’s good to stay in this location to avoid the crowd and noise near the old town of Kotor, which was everyday packed with tourists from the cruise. Hence, I recommend very much to stay here when visiting Kotor.
The apartment is very clean and nice. A well equipped kitchen, clean nice bathroom, cozy living room, quiet bedroom, and a nice balcony with the view toward the bay of Kotor.
The apartment is nicer than in the picture.
I read from other people’s reviews that the location is a bit of walking distance to the old town and alongside the narrow road with cars. But when I travelled there, I think the road condition has improved. There is now more section of the roads built with designated pedestrian walk; hence, the walking along with cars is perhaps reduced a lot and may be improved further in the future.

Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderbar und das Appartement ist sauber und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. 20 Min. zu Fuß bis Kotor Stadt. Abends empfehlen wir ein Taxi, weil die Straßen sehr eng sind und Bürgersteige nicht durchgängig vorhanden sind.
Die Kaffeemaschine ist in die Jahre gekommen, eine neue würde den Komfort deutlich erhöhen.

The location was exceptional and a good bed also. All appliances worked apart from the tv.
As we stayed a whole week, it would have been so much nicer for us if the tv had worked, but apart from that everything was great.
