About this apartment rental
This first floor modern apartment, refurbished in 2025 with a brand new kitchen, and bathroom is situated in a small fishing village 15 minutes stroll around the beautiful headland of the fjord to the spectacular walled town of Kotor. These large, 1 bedroom, air-conditioned apartments have TV, shared swimming pool, including use of loungers, large terrace and an outside splash shower. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, separate utility room, and is fully equipped for self catering. The large, private balconies are perfect for alfresco dining. The air conditioning ensures you keep cool in the summer, and warm in the winter.

The accommodation was wonderful. It was very clean and had a new kitchen that was fully equipped. We even had access to a washing machine. Communication with the landlord via email was excellent. Shortly before our arrival, he provided us with detailed information about the route, how to use the kitchen appliances, etc. The view from the balcony over the Bay of Kotor was breathtaking, both during the day and in the evening when the lights came on. I would book the accommodation again at any time and highly recommend it.

The view from Piers' balcony is absolutely stunning ( the best view was at night when the town was lit up ) and it was an effort for us to leave the apartment to go out and explore. It was preferable to sit on the balcony all day watching the boats come and go. But we did eventually get to Budva, which in comparison was very busy and commercialised. Tivat is a must place to visit plus a relaxing boat trip to Perast.We were very comfortable in the apartment and looked after ourselves as if we were at home but with the knowledge that Piers was at the end of a phone if we had any problems. We took a torch with us when venturing into Kotor at night time but didn't really need it until the last few yards before the entrance to the complex and could have used our mobiles to then light up the last few yards. The apartment is ideally situated with a leisurely 15 minute walk into Kotor for a meal out or visit to the walled town but there are plenty of shops for food and drink both in Muo and Kotor. We will return but fly into Tivat instead of Dubrovnik to avoid the two border crossings and hopefully next time we'll get out and about a bit more .............. or maybe not!
