We had a lovely stay in kotor with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was a good size and well equipped. The swimming pool was a great bonus with a breath taking landscape. The host was proactive in communication and got in touch to provide useful information.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend this apartment for a peaceful retreat.
The apartment is located a bit outside of the old town, around a 25-minute walk along a busy road with no pavement. This was a slight drawback, but at times we did appreciate the quieter location in comparison to the busy old town. There is air con in the apartment but a fan only in the bedroom. The walk up to the apartment is quite steep with stairs and so would not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. It is worth noting that there is a need to register and pay City tax within 24 hours of arrival, which required a trip into the old town. Additionally, there is a 3% surcharge for non cash payments, which I don't feel was clear upon booking.

We loved everything about this property but a few highlights were:
The view is perfect. Having stayed there a week I think it’s the best view in all of Kotor Valley shy of climbing to the top of the mountains!
The pool and sun loungers were always quiet.
The facilities, particularly the air con was ideal.
Finally Andy was a great host and could do enough for us. Including transport too and from the airport and over to the cable car one day.
The room is about a 10-15 minute walk from old town. This can’t be difficult on the hotter days but the views on the way are more than worth it!
