Staff were amazing couldn’t be faulted and were always very helpful and spoke good English so we could communicate everything very well.
Food was very nice but not a whole lot of options for the hot meals and could be quite bland and I think they should put some of the food from their snack bar on the menu for the dinner as the food there was very nice and plenty of options.

The stuff were incredibly friendly, we made a lot of friends and felt like we had known them for years they made us feel very welcomed and we looked forward to meeting them everyday. The facility’s were really good, the rooms especially the suites were really nice. The views the pool, the beach everything was perfect. The events that was planned by the animation team. It was a very organised and well planned structure with the entertainment and things you could do by the hotel, to ensure you’re never bored. When we come to Bodrum again Arin will be the only resort we stay in!

Some of the staff were very friendly some weren’t really or just looked and didn’t speak but some of them interacted well and made the experience much better I liked how dedicated everyone is to their job in making sure everyone is happy
Some of the communication from reception or guest relations was off putting as I had to chase a few things up but at the end they did what they could

The view is amazing, especially at sunset. Location couldn’t be better and gives Santorini vibes. The staff are kind and helpful, especially the ones working in entertainment and the restaurant.
There is a sort of expectation when you are heading to a 5 stars hotel and this wasn’t met. The facilities are old, and the water from the toilet seat in the room kept on running, quite bad for the environment. There was mold in the shower. The soup was thickened with flour, as to probably reduce cost, and the food in general was below par.
