We’ve stayed at this hotel many times before (around ten times!) and always booked the same type of room with a sea view. Usually, everything is great — that’s why we kept coming back. But this time was very disappointing. Even though we paid for a sea view room, they gave us a pool view instead. The pool area was extremely noisy, and it was impossible to relax, especially in the morning. When I mentioned it to the girl at the reception, she didn’t seem to care at all — no apology, no solution. It’s really frustrating because we’ve been loyal guests for years and always enjoyed our stays before. The room itself was nice as always, but the view and the noise completely ruined the experience. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be coming back unless they start treating returning guests with more care and respect.
