During my recent island hopping trip, I visited several lesser-known islands but also ended up in Kos Town for a day.
On a previous trip two years ago I had already been here and remembered an excellent hotel in the town centre (within walking distance of the harbour).
Incredibly, on my previous trip, I had only stayed here for one night, and yet Christy, the young lady at the reception, recognised me. What a memory!
Not only for that, but the service at the reception is excellent. The ideal staff in the right place!
The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I loved the interior.
The bathroom and toilet were also very clean.
The sitting area had a sofa that could seat three people. However, there was only one chair in the room.
Tea, coffee, a kettle, and water are provided.
I especially remember the excellent breakfast buffet with many choices!
Since I had booked for only one person, there was only one bottle of water in the room (at other places, as a solo traveller, I always received two bottles in a double room, but perhaps I was spoiled).

The hotel is in a brilliant location in lovely Kos Town. Short walk (7-10 minutes) to many restaurants, bars, shops and the marina. The hotel staff were amazing! They make everyone feel so welcome and looked after. Happy hour cocktails were a highlight! The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the room was comfortable and spacious. We couldn't have asked for more!

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was moderate. It was 850 mt to the port. The hotel was certainly against children, do not believe it is categorised as child friendly. The staff except breakfast was unfriendly and unkind. I do not think of staying again.
