About this villa rental
This beautiful stone villa (220 sq m) is located in a panoramic position, overlooking the typical Tuscan countryside. Located just 1 km from Gambassi Terme, a medieval village in the heart of Tuscany, set between Florence, Pisa and Siena, the villa is on two floors and has a large fenced garden (700 sq m), where there is a beautiful swimming pool (4x8 m, depth 130 cm, open from May to September), and a barbecue.
The villa is cosy and furnished in the typical Tuscan style. Entrance on the ground floor where there is a large living room with fireplace and Sat-TV, a dining room, a kitchen (4 burners, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettles, moka pot, American coffee machine, pod coffee machine, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, small oven), and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms (one of which can be made into two beds), a further double bedroom with an added single bed and 1 bathroom with shower.
Facilities: Air conditioning in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi, 2 hairdryers, private parking. Also on the premises: fire extinguisher, first emergency kit.
To reach the property by car there is a 400 m stretch of dirt road (easy).
Distances: Gambassi Terme (supermarket and shops) 1 km, nearest restaurant at 600 m, Certaldo at 10 km, San Gimignano 16 km, Volterra, 25 km, Florence 60 km, Pisa 65 km, beaches of Cecina 60 km, Siena 56 km.
