About this apartment rental
A modern 2-bedroom apartment located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham.
This newly built apartment, overlooking a lagoon home to wildlife and a stone's throw away from the shops, sleeps up to 4 guests. It includes an en-suite room with a double bed. A second room with 2 single beds. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family.
Living Area - Includes a 3 seater comfy sofa and a modern arm chair, with soft cushions and throws. Free WIFI and a 55 inch smart TV which includes Netflix and Amazon Prime. The lounge has a Juliette balcony which allows you to look onto the Lagoon below where you'll see a vast amount of wildlife.
There is a dining table and four chairs situated in the Living Area.
Kitchen - The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater during your stay. This includes a fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and coffee machine. Utensils include pots and pans, cutlery, cups and glasses.
Bedroom 1 - Double bed with Memory Foam mattress. Built in double wardrobe with storage shelves, double hanging and hangers. Desk with stool.
Ensuite included with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Bedroom 2: Includes 2 single beds. These can be pushed together to create a double bed.
Bathroom: Includes a bath and a shower over the bath. Also provided is shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Please note, the apartment is on the 1st floor in the building and there are two flights of stairs.
Parking: There are two allocated parking spaces with the apartment, numbered outside under '14'.

Mattresses were CHEAP, could feel the springs, but they did use mattress covers, beds are veryimportant and I left a message for them. More cups and mugs, as there is a dishwasher! Four is not enough. No leaflets on how to work the microwave!!! Or the oven, as no words, as usual, only signs. What is wrong with manufacturers, like on or off, grill, oven etc. so you need the information booklet.
Position good for the town, although noisy road, OK when windows shut.
Oh yes, the windows were dirty. The hallways were clean to the entrance to the flats.
Nice modern flat, and bathrooms were very good. Showers great. Heating worked very well.

We booked this apartment as a base for us while attending a family wedding in Wymondham. It was perfectly situated for us. It was very clean, inviting and the host Jasmine was excellent.
