Great price. Close to metro and bus lines and restaurants. Comfy beds.
Loud street noise. No extras like soap, paper towels, etc. No living area. Only bedrooms and a kitchen. A bit tight for a family of four.

The property was new and in great condition, with modern appliances that all appeared brand new and worked perfectly. Everything was clean and well maintained, and overall the place was in excellent shape. The location was also great—very calm and quiet, yet extremely close to the subway, which made getting around very easy.
The studio was quite cosy—small but functional—and perfect for sleeping rather than spending long periods of time inside. There wasn’t a lot of daylight due to the smaller windows, but that was perfectly fine for our needs.

Horribly over priced, really got us for new years pricing. Cramped, way too hot, police sirens around us every 10 mins.
