Die Lage ist gut und die Wohnung ust recht modern. Klimaaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich.

Das Warmwasser beim Duschen ist eine Lotterie. Meistens ist das Wasser kalt. Die Küche hat das notwendigste an Geschirr. Ansonsten würde ich es nicht als umfangreich betiteln. Die Matratzen sind stark durchgelegen - sollten ersetzt werden.
