About this apartment rental
An 18th century VENETIAN STILE VILLA on the west side of Lake Garda, facing the small harbour of Toscolano Maderno. The apartment, on the third floor of the main building serviced by an elevator, is very big: 2 double and 1 triple bedrooms, a separate kitchen, 2 fully-equipped bathrooms with shower and a large area with dining and living space. This apartment has air conditioning and heating (free of charge). Soulér 2 has free access to the house historical garden, surrounded on three sides by the lake, where tables, chairs and sun beds are available. A nice BBQ is also available in the garden. The garden has to be shared with other guests of different apartments in the same house.

We had a lovely time in the Lake Garda area with this apartment as our base. We had 3 sets of family and friends sharing this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with plenty of space to meet everyone’s needs. It was nice to have the combination of historic charm and modern conveniences. The communication with the property owner and the on-site property manager were excellent.

Loved to stay in this old villa. At every corner there is something to discover. The location is great with two good swimming places in immediate vicinity. The property manager was kind and reliable. Only the fire protection is questionable. On the top floor all windows are barred without any fire escape.

This is a fantastic, unique, very large apartment. Very clean, easy checkin, and helpful, friendly host.
The lakeside yard was wonderful.

The standard for safety is not good as no means of escape if fire, the windows are barred and lift is ultra slow. The terrace area provided is 3 floors down and across a garden which is a five minute trek not good if you want to sit with your coffee in the morning or have food, that's if other residents aren't sat in your allotted table. The shower heads were not working properly due to blocked shower heads. Very difficult to park your vehicle near by. I would not recommend this property for children or disabled.
