Just 100 meters from the lakeside promenade of Toscolano Maderno, a small town located on the west bank of Lake Garda, in the center of the Riviera dei Limoni and the Parco Alto Garda Bresciano regional park, apartment in an elegant residential context.
The house is located on the 2nd floor without lift and consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake, a large and habitable kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms.
At guests\' disposal there is ONLY 1 private parking space inside the condominium and there is a paid public parking.

The lakefront and the city center can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes. Furthermore, a few steps away you will find the pier where various boats leave, ideal for visiting various places on the upper lake such as Salò (7 km) with its splendid lakefront and the new museum "MUSA", Gardone Riviera (5 km) with the "Vittoriale degli Italiani" home of Gabriele D\'Annunzio, Gargnano (8 km), Limone sul Garda (10 km), or ferry by car with the ferry boat to reach the Veronese shore and discover for example the beauties of Peschiera del Garda (46 km) with its famous playground, Bardolino and the groppello DOC. Toscolano Maderno is located on a long promontory between the port of Toscolano and the cove of Maderno, at the foot of Monte Pizzocolo and Monte Castello di Gàino, which offer an enchanting panorama of the Italian lake and its beautiful surroundings.
