About this farm stay rental
It 'a great and ancient house with thick stone walls, surrounded by a large agricultural plot in terraces with olive trees. E 'inside the Ecomuseum of the Paper Mill Valley. The large lawn in front of the house is marked by cypress trees and the woods and overlooks the river. The house has a large kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a large living room. There are 2 more seats in sofa bed, washing machine, television with light-satellite, DVD player, CD player, internet wifi. Ideal for sports, for those who love contact with nature, for children and animals. The large windows of the living room overlook the mountains of the Upper Garda in the north and on the south lawn. The lawn is equipped with doors soccer, hammocks and deck to enjoy the cool of the evening, while in the fireplace in the kitchen you can make the grid and pass cooler evenings watching the fire. They are housed in the old woodshed 2 donkeys. The Paper Mill Valley start all paths for mountain biking and trekking. You 'can walk in 15 min. the climbing wall.

We ( 2 adults and a dog) spent 1 week in Casa Lume and we would have loved to stay longer...and longer...
The road from Toscolano into the Paper Mill Valley upto the house is already special. The house is situated at the very end of the valley and it is so nice and quiet out there! During the day you might see or hear some people walking in the valley but when these few tourists are gone you are all alone surrounded by sounds of nature.
We found the house spotless clean, comfortable and cosy. You will find all the equipment you might need.
Around the house plenty of space: you can sit or lay back in the shadow or in the sunshine, or even with your feet in the water of the small river. There are bikes you may use, all kind of games; for every age there is something! And of course there is adventure in nature around! Our dog felt at home and he loved walking around the house and barking a bit at the donkeys. ( they didn't mind, just made some noise too). Walking the dog is easy, for short walks in the valley or further uphill. Sandro and Cristina were very helpfull and it was easy to communicate because they speak very good English. ( very nice because we don't speak Italian).
If you want to visit Lago di Garda and its beautifull surroundings but if you DON'T want to stay in crowded tourist places, we can recommend Casa Lume. To everyone who loves nature; you will be lost in Paradise!
