Apartment was in a quite location with easy access to the town and waterfront. Some shopping near along with Costa coffee and Tesco. Coffee and tea provided. Towels where clean and soft
I booked the apartment because of the advertised views of the waterside from the balcony . Upon arrival we found the hole building surrounded by scaffold and green netting which looked like it had been there for a while. If we had been informed of this before the arrival we might have cancelled and looked for another accommodation. Coffee and tea where provided but it would have been nice to have had milk to at least make the first cup of coffee after a long day. Bedrooms very basic which could be improved with some pictures and a tv in the main bedroom.

Great communication from owner and amazing location for the SSE arena. Very easy to get around Belfast if this is your base! Definitely would stay again

Great location, very well decorated and fittings suitable for a weekend break, host’s communications was exceptional and made feel very welcome and able to get settled with no issues
