Perfect studio to stay in, small but everything I needed. Lovely comfortable bed. Ah Parking directly outside and a lovely part of town. Only a 35 minute walk into Brighton and easy to catch the bus in too. Lots of useful bits in the studio, tea coffee sugar shampoo etc and pint of milk in the fridge.
Venetian blinds at the window but didn't spoil my stay. Just woke me early with the light.

parking which is a super benefit in Brighton and Hove. Really comfy bed. Friendly and available super host. Great kitchen and utensils. I worked a bit and WiFi was great. I look forward to staying again. Thanks so much Tina.

The location was great, with free parking available right outside the property on both the Friday when I arrived and the Saturday when I checked out. The place was very clean and felt safe and quiet, which I appreciated as I was staying on my own.
The coffee pods weren’t very strong, and the machine didn’t seem to make hot coffee, so I ended up using the kettle for hot water instead. The room was quite cold when I arrived, and the heating controls were complicated to figure out, but I eventually got it working by chance.
The biggest downside was the bed — it turned out to be a sofa bed with a topper, rather than a proper double bed as I expected. It wasn’t very comfortable, and I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known that in advance. The floors, especially in the bathroom, were also cold, and I couldn’t work out how to turn on the towel rail in the bathroom.
That said, the shower was great, and overall the facilities were good apart from the bed.
