Secret Hill hotel has a fantastic location, minutes from the town center, but also perched to the hillside with a beautiful view of the city panorama. We booked a room with a terrace and a private whirlpool, which was absolutely fabulous, we could watch the beautiful balloon show from the hot tub. The area is full of great restaurants and very close to an unbelievable panoramic lookout. We really enjoyed the breakfast and how attentive the staff was.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms.
A man followed me back to the hotel and was given my my number by someone. He said that he got it from the place I hired a car from, but there was no contact information or even the rental company anywhere on the car. Obviously no one has owned up to giving him my number, but as he knew the hotel I was staying at from following me there, it is likely that a member of staff gave him my number. Just wanted to write a review to warn any female solo travellers, as I did not feel safe after this happened.

Wonderful stay, I booked the king suite in Secret Hill Cave Suites, it was gorgeous. The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. I like the breakfast, it was great.
