I had a wonderful stay at Divan Cave House. The customer service was truly excellent—staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Excellent services from reception to housekeeping to breakfast service! Special mention to the ladies at reception and Sibel at breakfast service! However, the hardware could be better - taps in bathroom were old-styled n seemed difficult to adjust to right temperature; toilet seat was the biggest I’ve seen/used. So overall it’s a 4-star rating from me!

Very good location Excellent root top terrace. Why only 3 stars? Reason 1: I got a room in the ground floor with absolute no view from the balcony. This cave is worth only if you get higher floor caves. Reason 2: Flakes / dust falling from the ceiling of the rocks inside the cave. By the time i woke up, i had dust all over my head falling from the ceiling of the rock. Reason 3: Very bad experience with the driver arranged by them to pick us up from the airport. We are with 2 small kids and they are hungry, we picked some cookies and nuts from a store on the way, then the driver says we cannot eat them insider the car and its a 1.5 hour drive. Its ridiculous where more than 90% of the cars in turkey are filled with cigarette smoke and this guy says kids cannot eat inside the car.
