We had a fantastic stay at this cave hotel. I had asked for a small piece of cake for my husband’s birthday, but the staff went above and beyond, surprising us with a beautiful cake with candles and wine. They also arranged an early check-in. The balloon views were breathtaking, and our room was spotless with a lovely jacuzzi.

The room we were given (a deluxe one though) had too many stairs from the reception so for someone who's got little kids along, should make sure they get a room closer to the reception.
The bed was not comfortable at all, so much that we had to request for a replacement and all other fixtures inside and outside the room required maintenance/upgrade.
The propoerty staff and location was exceptional and the terrace outside our cave room was totally worth it.
