The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. It is comfortable and well equipped. Laura is a friendly hostess.
The tram stop is close by and the trams run frequently and in about 20 minutes you are in the center of Florence. Parking is free and it is not difficult to find a free space. Shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby.
Minor flaws: missing kitchen knife, pots could be better and the shower head should be replaced. These are not reasons to lower the rating because the apartment is excellent.

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'hôte a été merveilleuse, pas uniquement le jour de notre arrivée, mais aussi tout au long du séjour quand nous avons eu besoins d'informations sur les transports en commun. L'hôte nous a même fait de petits cadeaux. L'appartement possède deux terrasses qui nous ont permis de pouvoir assister à 7 feux d'artifices différents le soir du nouvel an. Un moment magique. Cet appartement est toutefois dans un quartier extrêmement calme et sécurisé. Si nous revenons à l'avenir sur Florence, nous serions ravis de relouer ce logement.

Accoglienza ottima, grazie all'ospitalità della proprietaria. Appartamentino speciale in periferia, strategico per chi intende visitare Firenze visto che si trova a due passi dalla Tramvia.
