Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.Sunny vacation rental home in Citrus Heights, minutes to downtown, Old Town, and Sleep Galleria Mall. Private pool & an AMAZING BACKYARD! Located in a quiet neighborhood with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Open concept kitchen and dining room. Enjoy our Roku TV watching all available shows at the family room.
(Netflix), high-speed internet and comfortable beds. This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Parties, and Executives.
The space
This home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more.
All the mattresses are pillow top queen side to have a great quality sleep (all the bedrooms have a TV)
Spacious kitchen, fully stocked and set-up with high-end stainless steel appliances, a big dining table is set in the open living / dining area.
Great backyard to enjoy during summer times.
Open floor plan living area with one big sofa; 65" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends.
Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house.
Features:
- Key-less entry with door code upon arrival.
- Free Internet Wi-Fi.
- Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables.
- Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers.
- Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap.
- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking
Check-in: 5 pm.
Check-out: 11 am.
Other things to note
- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- Please inform to the host of any visitors during your stay.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- We have a ring door bell at the front door for security reasons.
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season. (Pool is not heated)
-You can use and swim at the pool at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any incident that may occurred.
-Noise aware working 24/7

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.
We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Stayed for the weekend and it was a short drive to The Grounds which was great. Back yard is very peaceful!

The house was gorgeous updated very spacious and clean only bad thing was the neighbor started blowing his blower less then one foot from where we where sitting on patio furniture it was over 100 degrees outside kids where in the pool so I think he was doing this to make us go inside but we still had a great time
