Lovely modern studio apartment in great location. Had a wonderful stay.

There was a shed door or window from another apartment below which was slightly noisy as was banging with the weather. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Great location and loved the decor
Wi-Fi was ok but internet bandwidth was poor, ok for web surfing but not good enough to be able to work.
Hearing wasn’t working on the first day/overnight and was a little noisy.
Next day I met the Hosting Manager (Elina) who explained that we should have been given a different room as they were renovating the studio and the adjoining Apt 3 (our room) was next.
Elina apologised for the mix-up, sorted the heating and as we were staying just one more night, I accepted there would be noise during the day.
Elina did say there wasn’t much she could do about the bandwidth issue but thankfully I had my portable 5G router which solved the issue.

We liked the location, which is near downtown and you can walk to many stores, a great Mall and many cool places.
Well, starting that the building has no stairs and we had to roll our luggage to the last floor (4), not a good start. Then, I wrote to them informing I got ill and would like to kindly ask them so send an extra comforter and pillow so I could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, and this way I could keep myself away from my family and not pass along what I had… still waiting for their response. The heaters were not working the 4 nights we stayed there. Then, the second night we were at the place, people renting the room 12 were having this huge party, opening and closing the door, singing out loud, completely drunken and shouting out as if they owned the place, they only stopped around 3:30am when someone knocked at their door asking for them to stop. The following night, this same guys from room 12 were again shouting out until really late at night, one came home so drunk that he would smash the door for the others to open… he started coughing so bad that I almost called the ambulance and police. Also, about the cleaning, you should hire a better cleaning company, as you should see the panties we found o the couch, the washing machine was with the sealing rubber completely black of mold (they have to clean it, because I had do to it and it should be cleaned after every stay) and the soap tray was also very dirty. Not happy at all with how things went in this apartment because we paid a lot of money and it should be more taken care of.
