Well situated great views of the bay. Felt very comfortable and safe. Place was really clean. The staff were happy and attentive.
The bed was a bit too hard for me as I tend to get lower back pain when o. Harder mattresses.

Sea view, location, AC, bathroom, very cozy in the Lion unit.
Parking space is very limited and not guaranteed especially if you have a big car or trailer.

The most beautiful sunsets I have ever experienced! My main priority when choosing accommodation in Cape Town was the view. I absolutely love sunsets and sunrises, and this place exceeded all my expectations.
The property has more of a bohemian style rather than a modern one, but I loved it so much. My room was huge and had multiple windows, and I could literally see the ocean, Lion’s Head, and Table Mountain from my room, as well as the beaches and city lights. It was simply incredible.
The room was very clean and comfortable. While the property didn’t serve breakfast, there was an espresso machine at reception along with some snacks and fruit, so it wasn’t an issue at all.
The location was great and felt very safe. It’s just a short stroll to the beach, as well as to restaurants and coffee shops.
The huge balcony was such a highlight — I had the best time sipping wine and watching the sunsets. The accommodation also has a lovely small pool and a bathtub, which I didn’t use but both looked really nice.

Quirky, quiet location
There is no food or drink available, even though it’s offered. If you order a drink (we ordered a coke and a water on arrival) someone goes to the garage to get it. The coffee pods and milk almost always empty.
The hotel could really benefit from a maintenance person and a manager.
Little things were broken and clearly left like it for a while; like the shower bracket hanging off the wall, the handle on the inside of the door valiantly hanging loose on 1 of 4 screws, etc - there were plenty of other minor issues that just seemed to cry out for a hotel manager.
Doors seem to all almost fit… and it gets very windy on a mountainside so the rattling and banging of doors drives you crazy. Staff shout at each other from 7am onwards. It could be really peaceful and sometimes is!
Finally, We ordered a taxi transfer to the airport a few days before departure - after a 20 minute wait and chasing many times we got an uber.
This kind of typified our stay - lovely, friendly, enthusiastic staff, nice quirky 4 star hotel… but very flakily ran, like a charming Fawlty Towers
