-We felt more like a private villa than a traditional hotel. -Elegant décor combining fine art, collectible furnishings, and a sophistication -concierge assistance - some staff’s warmth, a special glance to Frank for his professionalism, informations and genuine enthusiasm. - Breakfast choice (but not the warm food selection) and common areas feature stunning panoramic views

This hotel does not live up to the standards of a five-star property, let alone a luxury hotel. While our suite was attractive, it was far from comfortable. We were disappointed by the lack of attention from the Executive housekeeper, who came across as cold and unwelcoming, indeed we never once saw the hotel manager despite the property’s small size, which felt quite neglectful. - The bed was poorly made Access to the parking area was inconvenient, and the food was not at the level expected of a luxury hotel. As a result, we chose to have both lunch and dinner elsewhere. - Staff should wear name badges so they can be properly identified, and their uniforms should be the correct size. After all, slavery was abolished a long time ago.

The place was very charming, incredible view very quality oriented, a small 5 stars hotel 🤗
