L'unica pecca è il parcheggio che purtroppo in Liguria è una cosa comune, almeno per chi è abituato a parcheggiare sotto casa.

Eccellente cortesia e disponibilità della signora Diana, host della struttura. Appartamento ben disegnato e super accessoriato. Camere da letto spaziose e bagni molto funzionali.
Unica lieve pecca, il lavello molto piccolo della cucina, comunque dotata di tutti gli accessori.

very clean residence with absolutely everything needed for vacation including shampoo, conditioner, body wash. washing machine is a big plus. lots of coffee capsules were provided for our long stay.
parking is a bit of a problem. had to wait to get free slot. 2 centre slots are timed ones and available for longer time only during weekend and night time.
Kitchen was little bit tight for family of 6 so we had to eat in each other rooms.

L'appartement était agréable pour un séjour à quatre, avec une climatisation appréciable et une propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée.
Cuisine un peu petite, immeuble sonore mais cela reste tout-à-fait acceptable.
Le point majeur a été un manque inacceptable de professionnalisme de la gérante qui nous a laissé à la porte du logement une nuit complète.
En effet, en raison de la mauvaise configuration du système électronique d'accès à l'appartement par la gérante (code expiré) nous avons été dans l'incapacité d'y accéder d'un samedi 19h au dimanche 10h. Malgré de multiples appels et tentatives de contacts par téléphone, Booking et WhatsApp, aucune réponse de sa part. Nous avons ainsi été obligés, avec deux jeunes enfants et sans affaires personnelles, à prendre en urgence une chambre d'hôtel.
Bien que la propriétaire ait remboursé l'hôtel lorsqu'elle a repris contact, il n'y a pas eu de geste commercial pour la gêne occasionnée.
Cette situation aurait pu avoir de graves conséquences (enfant en bas âge, traitement médicamenteux à prendre) et incite à prendre cette location avec beaucoup de vigilance.
