About this house rental
Mid Century Modern ideally located near shopping and Interstate 5. This 1960's home is completely updated with modern appliances while retaining it's 1960's charm. Three bedrooms, large front room with a 65" smart TV, fantastic cooking space, large completely fenced and private back yard , hot tub with 32" smart TV make this a fantastic base for exploring the three local rivers, or a dash to the beach and a stroll through the redwoods. We allow pets, but do charge a $35 per pet fee.

There are many pros and cons about this rental. Pros-
Great location. Many extras provided, that most rentals dont provide. ( Condiments, plenty of coffee. Extra sheets, towels etc.
Cons- The ad about the rental is very misleading in some ways. (Game room is in the garage. Way to hot to enjoy during the day, and poor lighting to use at night. The photos make it seem like a full size pool table. Not the case. It is about half the size of a regulation table. You turn the table over and there is a small air hockey table on other side)
The "hot tub/spa"- thats it...a hot tub. Jets dont work. Adjustment do nothing to help. If you are hoping for a soothing spa with water movement, this wont do anything for you. Many items provided are in poor conditions. One small sofa is falling apart, everyone had a hard time being able to open sliding glass door. Hand can opener needsreplacement. Etc.
