Location was perfect, coffee/bakery next door, 15 mins walk from train, 5 mins walk from excursion meeting point and in main st, but quiet. Flat well equipped, spacious and bright. Heaters available, though instructions would have been useful. Hosts responded quickly to request for WiFi code.
Main issue is no mattress protector ,which is not hygienic at all, cushions instead of pillows and hand soap virtually empty and request to supply some more was not met. Bed firm, ok for us though. It's rare these days to stay somewhere that doesn't supply a little tea and coffee.

It was very central and a car parking slot very close to
Balcony not prepared - had to wash, sweep and dehead all plants.
No water, hand soaps or hand towels.
Perhaps it hasn’t been used for some time. Dish washer left white spots on dishes. All had to be washed before use.

The room was nice.
The instructions of how to access the keys were difficult because they were sent by WhatsApp. We did not have connection on phone, so we had to figure it out ourselves.
Also, we pay for the apartment like we would a hotel. We did not appreciate a list of things to do to clean up after ourselves. We are guests not maids.
