L'emplacement du logement est parfait pour se rendre à la plage et au port à pied, extérieur magnifique avec super vue sur mer, piscine chauffée cadre idéal !! Hôtes sympathiques et réactifs.
Chambre et Salle de bain de l'étage au top, moderne et super vue également.
possibilité de garer 2 voitures.
Logement moyennement adapté pour 4, surtout en cas de mauvais temps, car le lit est dans la cuisine, et cela rend la pièce petite, cela nous a cependant pas gênés car nous avons pu vivre à l'extérieur. Ballon d'eau chaude trop petit pour 4, eau froide au bout de la troisième personne, pourtant nous n'avons pas abusé sur le temps de douche...Pas d'étendage, comment faire pour étendre nos maillots, serviettes de plage, piscine, douche à 4 ? on nous a répondu sur les chaises, moyen comme solution sachant qu'il y a que 4 chaises... canapé lit inconfortable, et quelques éléments de vaisselles pas propres. Pas de jacuzzi l'été moyennent un supplément de 250€. Pour un studio soit disant de luxe, le therme est un peu exagéré... et le prix... ça passe à 4 mais à 2... beaucoup trop cher !!

Overlooks the smaller, less busy, and more quaint beach in Cassis. The property is about 20m above the beach and set back 100m giving complete privacy but still allowing you to hear sounds of the sea and people enjoying the beach at a moderate volume. There is even a private stairway leading directly down to the beach, a 1 minute walk. There are a couple of good restaurants right at the beach. In 5-10 minutes walk you'll reach the city center and the busy restaurant district next to the docks.
The hot-tub was of a very high quality, perfectly clean and operational. It's located on the side of the property with complete privacy but a great view. There is a nice padded pagoda for relaxing in. The showers (inside and outside) were hot with plenty of pressure. Air conditioning worked well the few days we used it. Lot's of dishes and cooking utensils are available. Bedding and towels were clean and good quality. Compared to nearby properties at similar pricing, this was a much better value.
The hosts were great, explained everything in the house, always available, and responsive. They live in the semi-attached larger house, however, the property is set up such that this apartment has complete privacy both inside and out, like a totally separate property.
Bonus: if you're traveling with expensive or bulky sports equipment like e-bikes, worried about securing them at night or when you're doing other activities, no worries here. The parking is large and behind not 1, but 2 electronic gates!
Double Bonus: eat pizza at the small restaurant by the beach, next to the beach parking lot. It was the best pizza I've had in a long while.
I wish our stay was longer!
