About this apartment rental
Terre Marine is a pleasant 2-bedroom flat with terrace, offering uninterrupted views of the sea and Cap Canaille.
Set in a secure residence, you'll enjoy a host of facilities, including a swimming pool, tennis courts, handball court, pétanque and table tennis.
The location is ideal for exploring the region:
Bestouan beach (1 km), the calanques of Port-Miou (3 km), Port-Pin and En-Vau, and the port of Cassis (1.5 km).
Composition of the flat:
Located on the 1st floor, the flat offers stunning sea views from its terrace.
On entering, you will find the sleeping area on the right, comprising two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and a single bed, while the second has two single beds, making a total of 5 beds. A bathroom with bath completes this area.
To the left is the living area, comprising a bright lounge with open-plan kitchen. The living room's large bay window gives access to the terrace, offering superb uninterrupted sea views.
The residence features a swimming pool (open during the summer season), as well as a range of leisure facilities: two tennis courts, a petanque court, table tennis tables and a multi-sports pitch.
The flat is fully equipped to offer you all the comforts you need to feel at home: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and free coffee capsules on arrival....

Geographical location:
Ideally located on the heights of Cassis, the "Terre Marine" residence enjoys a privileged setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre while remaining just a few minutes from all amenities.
The residence is accessible by car, with parking available, and several hiking trails to the calanques start nearby, for breathtaking nature escapades.

You can reach Marseille via the La Marcouline M6 (via the A50 motorway) and La Marcouline M8 (via La Gineste - D559) lines.
By car or motorbike, you can also reach La Ciotat via the famous Route des Crêtes, offering exceptional panoramic views of the cliffs and sea.
The airport is around 45 minutes away by car.

Terre Marine "Review for Terre Marine.
🙂 The apartment is situated in a calm and green area.
A little bit far from the beaches but accessible.
The apartment is very comfy and fits for 5 people. Everything was clean, furniture was comfy and cozy and all electronic equipment works properly.
Terras view was amazing.

Terre Marine Good accommodation with a 10 minute walk downhill to a great beach. 20 minute walk to the centre of Cassis. It’s not the biggest of apartments but we managed for 5 nights with five of us! Perfect for a smaller family or couple. The only thing it lacks is air conditioning and it was very warm when we stayed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the accommodation.

Terre Marine "We had a lovely week's holiday at this apartment. The view is fantastic, and the place was clean and very pleasant. It had everything we needed.
Stephanie met us on arrival, and was very friendly and helpful.
The area is fabulous, lots to see and do, many places to eat or there is a supermarket 15 mins walk away if you want to self-cater. The highlight was the Callanques National Park which was stunning. We would come back. Many thanks."

🙂 Able to walk into town for dinner, free parking space just for us, no noise at nighttime, spectacular view and appreciated the soap, shower gel and the dishwasher tablets etc which made things easier.
🙁 No shower, had to have a bath or shower sitting down. The bedrooms had ants in the corners and needed a slightly more thorough clean."
