"Terre Marine" is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with terrace offering a magnificent view of the sea and Cape Canaille. Located in a secure residence with swimming pool/ tennis courts/ ball game/ hand court and table tennis fist. The residence is ideally located on the heights of blackcurrant, near the beach of Bestouan (1km), creeks (Port miou 3km/ Port Pin et En veau) and the port of Cassis (1.5km)
Renovated in 2022 "Terre Marine" will bring you all the comfort you want for an unforgettable stay.
Composition of the apartment:
Located on the 1st floor you will be charmed by the breathtaking view of the apartment from the terrace. Upon entering the apartment you will first discover the 2 bedrooms on your right. These 2 rooms offer a capacity of 5 beds with a room offering a double bed as well as a single bed. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 single beds. A bathroom with bath completes the sleeping area.
On your left you enter the living area with living room and open kitchen. The terrace is accessible through the living room and its large bay window with stunning sea views.
The residence offers a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, a ball game, table tennis tables, a multi-sport court.
The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Wifi/ Washing machine/ Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine/ Welcome coffee capsules offered ...
The cocoonr service:
You will be greeted on site in a personalized way by a person of the Cocoonr agency who will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.
Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/ 5 stars) are provided, your beds will be made upon arrival. Towels and bath mats also provided. Wifi internet access by fiber.
Location:
Ideally located on the heights of blackcurrant in order to enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and Cape Canaille. Bestouan Beach, the creeks or the port of Cassis are a 15-minute walk away.
Transportation:
Reach Marseille by the lines La Marcouline M6 (by the A50 motorway) and La Marcouline M8 ( By la Gineste D559)
By car or motorcycle: reach La Ciotat via the mythical "Route des Crêtes", its landscape and its steep cliffs.
The airport is 45 minutes away by car.

🙂 The apartment is situated in a calm and green area.
A little bit far from the beaches but accessible.
The apartment is very comfy and fits for 5 people. Everything was clean, furniture was comfy and cozy and all electronic equipment works properly.
Terras view was amazing.

Terre Marine Good accommodation with a 10 minute walk downhill to a great beach. 20 minute walk to the centre of Cassis. It’s not the biggest of apartments but we managed for 5 nights with five of us! Perfect for a smaller family or couple. The only thing it lacks is air conditioning and it was very warm when we stayed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the accommodation.

Terre Marine "We had a lovely week's holiday at this apartment. The view is fantastic, and the place was clean and very pleasant. It had everything we needed.
Stephanie met us on arrival, and was very friendly and helpful.
The area is fabulous, lots to see and do, many places to eat or there is a supermarket 15 mins walk away if you want to self-cater. The highlight was the Callanques National Park which was stunning. We would come back. Many thanks."

🙂 Able to walk into town for dinner, free parking space just for us, no noise at nighttime, spectacular view and appreciated the soap, shower gel and the dishwasher tablets etc which made things easier.
🙁 No shower, had to have a bath or shower sitting down. The bedrooms had ants in the corners and needed a slightly more thorough clean."
