Good location with plenty of parking. Nice, bright lounge/kitchen. Comfy sofas. Good shower. Quiet at night.
TV reception patchy, resorted to watching the iPad.

Location is perfect, spacious and comfortable. Short walk from everything in Wells.
Dogs welcome. Balcony is lovely to have open on a sunny day.
It’s in need of some TLC. A few minor things and touch ups required.

Great location
Apartment difficult to find, no signage or flat/door numbers. Delayed response from hosts when telephoned, resulting in us waiting in the area for 45 minutes to confirm it was, in fact, the correct property, plus we needed the key code number to gain access
TV did not work properly. This appears to be an ongoing issue.
Cleaning not to a high standard, mould in the shower, and cobweb
