Great location,
Appartment was compact, but had everything we needed. Great for 2 couples as 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
We had our dog, so would have been good to have a tiny bit of outside space for him, but we had the whole of Wells, plus beach etc so all fine.
There were free parking spaces outside the apartment, but they were pretty busy. Two car parks immediately opposite. One of which is not 24 hours, but the other you can pay for a few days or a week and come and go.

There are towels and bedding supplied, but not mentioned in the listing - we bought spares just in case - but everything was ready and included for our stay.
