Novalesi House is located in the historic center of Noale (Piazza XX Settembre), near the ancient and prestigious Soranzo-Scotto palace.
The house accommodates up to 5 people and consists of:
1 fully equipped terracotta-Venetian kitchen;
1 large living room;
1 double bedroom for 2 people;
2 separate bathrooms;
1 single room;
1 wooden attic with 1 double bed for 2 people.
The structure (90 m2), furnished with period pieces and fireplace, is 3 minutes from the railway station, ideal for reaching the center of Venice (20 minutes by train).
Novalesi House is also equipped with: free wi-fi service, flat screen TV, independent heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, oven, microwave oven, bed linen, towels and free parking.

Great location and wonderful property managers who we so very helpful. Wally even took the time to text us about a train strike and give us options to our plans. We would stay here again!

Wonderful spot in the beautiful town of Noale. Right around the corner the the small town centre, short walk to old castle. And right down the street to the train station with a ride of 20min you reach Venice for day trips. Canadian Waldherr family had a wonderful stay!!!

My husband, 2 young adult children and I stayed 3 nights in May 2025 in order to visit Venice! There is a lot of space is this location to hang out as a family. We even played Boggle. It is a short train ride trip into Venice where we visited Murano and Burano as well. This location in nice because it feels like a small town where you can escape the tourist trap that is Venice. Great grocery store! Umberto was very attentive and met us there for check in.

Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Wir hatten bereits im Mai sommerliche Temperaturen. Nur das Schlafzimmer auf dem Dachboden hat eine direkte Klimaanlage. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer werden nicht durch die Klimaanlage im Wohn/Esszimmer erreicht. Daher wollten wir mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Neben dem Haus steht eine Anlage mit einem Kompressor der im Minutentakt laut Druck ablässt, so war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Hinzu kam das man bei geöffneten Fenster die Autofahrer besonders morgens bei der Parkplatzsuche auf dem nicht befestigten Schotter- Platz vor dem Haus rangieren hörte. Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist hier Glückssache. Das Einbettschlafzimmer ist dazu noch sehr klein und stickig. Der Wohnbereich ist von einer Terrasse des Nachbarhauses einsehbar, weshalb wir die Jalousien geschlossen ließen. Die Bilder entsprechen, bis auf ein anderes Sofa, der Einrichtung. Leider ist die steile Steintreppe im Eingang nicht abgebildet. Diese kann für kleine Kinder und etwas inmobile Personen ein Sturzrisiko sein. Die Badezimmer liegen neben dem großem Schlafzimmer vorn. Vom Dachboden muss man eben auch gerade nachts die Holztreppe runter und durch den gesamten
Wohnbereich laufen, wobei die Holzdielen knarzen. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief schlecht ab.
Der Internetempfang war miserabel. Das Geschirr war für 4 Personen knapp und teilweise kaputt.
Positiv: Der Zug nach Venedig wirklich ist gut zu erreichen.
Der Eurosparmarkt auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar (sonst ist der Parkplatz weg :)
