The room was perfect for a couple, we were able to cook and relax in the space.
Coffee machine was a lovely touch - one stop up on the tram there was a supermarket which was great but directing people to this would be a good idea
A single fork, knife, spoon etc - we needed more utensils.
Offering a couple of dishwasher tablets would have made all the difference as well
No where to put drying plates - I would advise a draining board over the sink
More encouragement to book your sauna visit - we missed out because of this

Nice size, clean & everything we needed on arrival. Really well set up with an online info page which addressed every question you could have from setting up the sofa bed to using the microwave etc. Sauna and gym a huge plus for a long stay x Ordered online from the restaurant after a busy day out and it was delivered to the room & the food was great. Perfect WiFi also as I had to work on one day 👍🏻 Good transport links once you get the hang of it and staff couldn’t be more helpful & friendly 5*****

Nice clean accomodation and access to a sauna was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. While a little south of the city centre a tram stop is 3mins away taking you to South Amsterdam where it is an easy change.

The place is near the tram station
The thermostat is not functioning well even though we also borrowed a portable heater but still it is still cold
