Unpleasant staff. They mislead us and after payment told us that deluxe room is unavailable and standard on the underground floor is available. We paid for deluxe. They refused to cancel booking and return money. So first time in our live we got downgrade of room ( Room is in a very bad condition. One star.

It’s a nice place to stay in Amsterdam if you bring a car because they have free expansive parking lot. But if you plan to use public transportation from the hotel, you’re gonna need extra effort. The hotel staff is very nice and they let us use their microwave so we could heat our food. The hotel will charge you for city tax (it was *** for two of us for 2 nights) and also they will ask for deposit of €100 which will be released back into our bank account right after we check out. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel was very old,cold only had one towel in the room for 2 people. Not my kind of place bathtub was in the room however it was broken 😢 and was told not to use it. Only had one pillow no elevators and stairs was very steep and dangerous to carry luggage up and down, would never stay there again want a refund, Pictures are very deceiving!!! I booked 2 rooms there for my son and my husband and I, location was near the Airport only positive!!! Breakfast did not look good either 😕 Respectfully, Cynthia Lindh
