Nice location for exploring Erie, western Pennsylvania and western New York. Quiet location but still close enough to walk to South Shore Winery and The Skunk and Goat, which were both excellent (about 20 minutes walk to each).

Cute little cottage ! Loved the snack provided and water and juice in fridge..
Luckily two of my girls cancelled cause the couch bed was broken . We opened it to just sit on it to play cards the five of us and when I sat down , I fell backwards into the back of the couch and too the floor as the top portion of the frame was broke .. luckily I didn’t get hurt ..

Clean, cute little cottage. Went the extra mile with snacks, a bottle of wine/etc provided free of charge.
The stairs going to the upstairs beds are very treacherous. Be careful.
