The house was as pictured. We had no issues getting in with the code or leaving. I have nothing bad to say about the house, the stay, or the communication. If I’m ever in the area again I would rent this house again.

We really enjoyed the property and had a wonderful girls trip to Erie. We did have a few suggestions for you though, such as replacing / bleaching the stained / dirty shower curtain in the bathroom on the main floor. The loft bedroom was not prepared for a guest - missing top sheet and towels. There were no kitchen towels or wash cloths. Low shower pressure in the upstairs bathroom. The toilet seats need to be replaced - a bolt on the one is broken and the seat slides around uncomfortably. Wheel on gate closest to house was wobbly and appeared ready to fall off. Again, we had a wonderful stay and these are just some helpful suggestions. Brandy was able to solve any issues we had as she was very nice and helpful.

Unique house in a bad neighborhood. The trash cans were full and there were large trash cardboard boxes in the backyard. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Measuring cups & spoons, and a cake pan ( like 9x13) would have been helpful. No access to a washer and dryer when you have children with you is a pain. No extra trash bags were left. The open food in the refrigerator and pantry was gross. The house was clean and well stocked with blankets. Don’t expect to see Lake Erie from the house like portrayed. Cabinets were not organized. Pots and pans etc just thrown in haphazardly.
