Large 3 bedroom apartment in beautiful brick house. Great location in Erie's Boulevard Park neighborhood gives you quick and convenient access to the best Erie has to offer: Bayfront, I79, Presque Isle, Waldameer Amusement Park, downtown, and more!
Clean and spacious 1300 square foot apartment provides plenty of room for your traveling party: King bed, queen bed, and bunk beds can hold 6 people. Dining room with large table sits 6 people and a fully stocked kitchen. Has desk with office chair.
Newly renovated space retains much of the nice woodwork from this 1920's era house. Situated on a quiet tree-lined boulevard the street gets minimal thru-traffic, yet is conveniently close to the highway, bayfront, downtown and more.
This is the ground floor apartment in a 2-apartment building. Guests have entire private use of the whole first floor apartment.
Living room with 50" TV pulls in local channels over the air and lets you connect to your own NetFlix or Hulu accounts over WiFi. A large dining room has seating for 6 people. Updated kitchen has dish washer, garbage disposal, oven, stove, fridge stocked up with breakfast food, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
New carpet in the 3 bedrooms with a king bed, queen bed, and bunk beds. Plenty of closet and dresser storage.
Within walking distance is Pineapple Eddie's restaurant, which offers a delicious combination of Caribbean and southern cuisine. Also close by is Frontier Park, which offers bike and walking trails that connect to Erie's Bayfront, a playground, tennis courts, and more.
Plenty of parking on the driveway, fit 4 cars single file on the left side of the driveway, or plenty of free street parking as well. EV car charger available for guest use on our driveway to charge your electric vehicle!

This was the perfect stay for our beach weekend! The rental was close to everything, cute and clean. Robert was ver communicative and had some breakfast items stocked for us in the fridge and freezer, which was such a thoughtful touch! My only recommendation would be to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper, as sound travels pretty well and we could hear some of the comings and goings of the upstairs neighbors.Would definitely stay here again!

We had to come to Erie for a family gathering and wanted to avoid getting a hotel. This apartment just happened to be perfect for us! The bedrooms are spacious and the apartment was very warm and cozy. The bed was firm, but that is definitely what we were looking for! There was only two of us, but definitely room for 6! The owner checked on us and notified us about checking in and out. He was very accommodating to us, allowing us to check in earlier since we had gotten into town earlier. I would highly recommend this apartment!

My family enjoyed an extended holiday weekend in this very comfortable and clean apartment which had all the comforts of home including some essential food items. Robert was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay an extra couple days, always promptly responding, which we truly appreciated, especially given over 30 inches of fresh lake effect snow blanketed the Erie coastline across PA and NY within the initial 24 hrs of our stay. We’ll be back (probably in summer tho 😉).to enjoy it’s proximity to downtown and Presque Isle penninsula.

Our stay was 15 days, and it was a great rate for a lengthy stay. Communications with the property manager both before and after was easy and pleasant. The Info Book contained all necessary information!PARKING: A new cement parking pad by the door (not shown on google map BTW) was convenient and easy. Side by side parking with upstairs people was roomy/wide.SAFETY and SECURITY: Liked the auto porch lighting and keypad entry. This is a quiet, emerging neighborhood, and seemed very safe for my daughter (middle age) and I (older!) as we came and went even very late at night.LAUNDRY: was in the basement but clean and no issues with sharing with the upstairs folks. LINENS: bed linens were of good quality(always a pleasant surprise) and bath linens were white and plentiful. FURNITURE was enough but not too much! Not crowded! Lighting was fine except over the sink. (sorry, picky). CLOSETS provided plenty of storage. The vestibule was great, had a shoe rack, a coat rack and room for extras.There were trash cans in most rooms and they were clean and bags were provided.BEDS: I found the queen bed more comfortable than the king, but that could be personal preference. We used all three bedrooms. FURNITURE in LR was comfy, but the recliner could use an adjustment. TV offered local stations and we used our HULU and Netflix easily.WIFI: was GREAT! My daughter was working during our trip and it worked beautifully for her, even with lots of meetings.DINING ROOM was spacious and well furnished.BATHROOM was clean, had good storage for an older home and shower was good. KITCHEN: Good: There was storage for your own stuff, and excellent dishes, glassware, utensils, knives. Toaster and coffee maker were simple but very clean (coffee filters were provided-thanks). Smaller pans, skillets were good. If you plan to fully cook all meals, this is not the stove for you. We didn't plan to but I was able to make a simple pasta dish and bacon and eggs! Didn't use the dishwasher--but it looked new!Refrigerator/Freezer was great and sink and counter tops were clean and typically sized for an older home. The wood floors and other floors and woodwork were in good shape. AND Pineapple Eddie's down the street had great food! (and curbside pick up)Great stay!
