The location is good, you get to the main pedestrian area in a few minutes. The breakfast was ok, in the normal range for italy B&Bs, meaning mostly pastries, but as always very good coffee. The room was huge and it had a balcony with a nice view. The hosts were very helpful and let us keep our bags there for a few hours after checkout, even if there was no longer any personel inhouse
I think there was some construction work being done in the area, it was kind of noisy in the morning. The train station is super close, but no noise from there

Great location, easy walking distance to the railway station. Wonderful friendly manager who organised the breakfast and chatted to all the guests. The owner communicated well too. Nice to have a balcony with table and chairs. Spacious room.
The walls between the rooms were not soundproofed.

Clean but basic.
No one was available to let us in, we had to wait 30 minutes past the agreed time. The noise from the station is very loud - screeching brakes - and the outer door was broken so soundproofing was not good. Unresponsive host when alerted to this.
