The location of the apartment is excellent — right in the heart of Salerno city centre, with plenty of bus options nearby.
The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was great, and the shower was large and modern.
The host was fantastic! I made a mistake when booking the second apartment, but she kindly managed to accommodate us in another one within the same building. She checked in during our stay to make sure everything was okay, and the cleaners were also very polite and helpful.
Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended!

Breakfast items provided were sufficient.
Broken Light bulb and AC not working initially. The power was shutoff. The host came out to help us with that. Other than that really great place to stay in Salerno.

Location and size of the apartment.
Initially AC power was shutoff. Took some time to figure that out. Host was super friendly and arrived at the apartment to look into the AC issue promptly.

I didn't like the surroundings, on booking it looks like a building, but it's far behind the more central building, the house is more or less renovated, you can already see a lot of use compared to the photos, but the building's stairs are really old and in need of urgent renovation. the bed is very uncomfortable, the mattress is too soft and has grooves from excessive use
